Last night I attended the “Explore God” open forum. Speakers Ravi Zacharias and Abdu Murray held an open forum for thousands of people and gave brief talks on the question, “Is There a God? Afterwards, they invited the crowd to openly ask questions related to God and the spiritual.
People had questions about evil, God’s authority, having doubt, etc. So many people came up they ran out of time to answer all of them. They then proceed to continue the conversations after the event. What amazed me most about this event was the fact many of these people would possibly never enter a church. They’re seeking answers everywhere but in a church.
This then means we’re called to be the church for others. We’re called to take the church to them. We may be the only church they ever know.
Read and meditate on 1 Peter 3:15. What does this verses say to you?
Who do you interact with daily who could use some biblical truth?
Meditate / Make It Real:
How are you preparing to answer questions related to Jesus, God…why you believe?
