Our FX3 Team

FX3 team leaders’ mission is to mobilize, mentor, and equip other men to become warriors for Christ. We believe each man is uniquely gifted to fulfill his mission as part of the body of Christ in this ministry. We honor and value these men for their dedication and calling to serve, not only in this ministry but in their homes, at work, and in their local churches. Each of these leaders lives according to qualifications found in Titus 1:6-9.

Carlos F. Peña

FX3^® Founder & President

Carlos is first and foremost a faithful follower of Christ and a devoted husband and father. Professionally he is a CEO, CMO, certified executive, leadership and life coach, business consultant, author, and entrepreneur for various companies he owns and operates. Over the years, Carlos has served in multiple leadership roles in business and ministry. Carlos is President and CMO of Pumped^®, Inc., a brand development and digital marketing firm, CEO of Led to Lead^®, a leadership, career, business coaching company, and founder of the FX3 program. In ministry, he’s served in many roles, including that of Deacon. Most recently, as Director of Men’s Small Groups with a focus on discipleship.
