We help men model biblical manhood and the good it provides for all.

FX3 is a transformative community and resource center to engage, equip, and empower men to be devoted warriors for Christ. We believe that when “God leads a man, the families follow.” To accomplish this mission, we provide men and churches with the resources, training, and community for men to grow spiritually and serve selflessly.

To help men become devoted followers of Christ, we provide men and churches materials such as podcasts, workbooks, devotionals, books, conferences, events, leadership training, and much more. As an interdenominational nonprofit organization, we celebrate the power of the Holy Spirit and the strengths of many denominations to equip and mentor men to be successful leaders in their homes, work, church, community, and the world.

Our Strategy

To accomplish the mission, we provide men and churches faith-based resources. Our goal is to connect and strengthen the men in your church and the world to model biblical leadership through fellowship, bible study, serving, and evangelism.

At its core, our mission is to equip and mentor men to be successful leaders in their homes, at church, the community, and the world. To accomplish this mission, we offer books, resources, promotional materials, leadership training, conferences, events, and other materials. Going further, we help churches by providing the following:

Our Approach

STEP 1

FX3 EVENTS

In order to engage men, we encourage monthly and seasonal events focused on general interests and retreats men would enjoy. These events also provide a “no-commitment” opportunity for men to get familiar with other FX3 men and create relationships.

STEP 2

FX3 Challenge

The FX3 Challenge starts with a 3-Day Retreat where men learn valuable life and survival skills. After the retreat, men are invited to take the FX3 Challenge in an FX3 small group. The FX3 Challenge is a 12-week study and introduction into a small group.

STEP 3

FX3 Small Groups

After successfully completing and during the FX3 Challenge, participants are expected to joining an existing FX3 Small Group or start their own. Every group has the freedom to select the study that best fits their group’s needs.

STEP 4

Serving/Leading

Every FX3 Warrior is expected to connect to a ministry. This responsibility helps FX3 Small Group members connect to ministry opportunities and fulfill the church’s mission. In addition, FX3 Team Leaders help connect FX3 groups to existing church ministries.

STEP 5

Multiplication

Effective biblical leadership development is identical to discipleship but with a greater emphasis on accountability and standards. To equip these leaders, we provide program specific tools and materials for leadership development.

As you have seen, we strongly believe in the integral role of men in the church and world. For this reason, we want to strengthen men’s presence and positive influence.
