Many men search for meaning in their lives but look in the wrong places. They seek purpose in false idols such as power, pleasure, praise, possessions, and passivity. Unfortunately, they’re not asking for help for many reasons. As a result, men are settling for less.

However, despite this, there is hope. We’ve found that many of these men want to grow spiritually, lead their homes, connect to ministry, and serve others. The problem is they don’t know how or what it takes. Scripture tells us that we must move from complacency and commitment to Christ to fulfill our purpose. For this reason, we created the FX3 study and community for men to live out their faith and help others do the same.

FX3 is a study that can then evolve into a thriving community of actively serving men. We help various churches from varying denominations desiring to help men grow spiritually and serve selflessly alongside other men. We work with and in the local church to help you start, run, or develop a thriving community for men. We provide you with the necessary training and guidance on starting the FX3 Program in your church at no charge.

Our goal is to help you connect and strengthen the men in your church to model biblical manhood through leadership, fellowship, bible study, serving, and evangelism. At its core, our mission is for disciples to make disciples. Discipleship is about helping men become successful leaders in their homes, at work, church, community, and world.

When you become an FX3 host church, you join other like-minded churches seeking to unify men under the headship of Christ. Although each church is autonomous, we are all joined with the goal to help raise up men to model biblical manhood in the church and the world.

To help fulfill this mission, we provide over $2,000 worth of training and materials at NO COST TO YOU. This is possible through generous donations and supporters of the ministry.

More specifically, we provide the following:

Complimentary and Comprehensive training for host churches

We are provide comprehensive training seminars for new host churches seeking to extend the FX3 Challenge and implement the FX3 Program. During the training, we cover:

  • Recruitment and Leadership
  • Casting a Vision and Mission
  • Goals and Objectives
  • Creating Momentum
  • Sustaining Momentum

We will unpack key concepts, strategies, and best practices during each session and provide the necessary resources. Plus, you’re also invited to join a monthly coaching alongside other ministry leaders to extend your support network.


How it Works

STEP 1

Apply

When you apply for church sponsorship, a representative will contact you to provide more information and schedule an interview. We review applicants on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome for success. We also offer information on commitment requirements and best practices.

STEP 2

Host an FX3 Challenge

The FX3 Challenge is a 12-week in-depth study on biblical manhood in a small group setting. During the Challenge men engage in deep discussions, serve one another and begin to learn the true meaning of discipleship. After completing the FX3 Challenge, men are required to join a small group and serve.

STEP 3

Serving and Events

A requirement of completing the FX3 Challenge, graduates agree to serve in the church and each other. The best way to do this is by having these Warriors working together to coordinate events, community outreaches and social gatherings. For this, we offer ongoing resources and support.
